The SketchCop® Academy serves as both an onsite training venue and a global online learning platform dedicated to digital and traditional forensic art. Our programs combine hands-on instruction with flexible online coursework to deliver comprehensive training in forensic facial imaging. We offer specialized courses for experienced forensic artists, as well as those transitioning into digital methods. Beginners are welcome, and no prior artistic experience is required to get started. Our training is also ideal for true crime enthusiasts, fine artists, authors, and anyone interested in this unique and impactful forensic discipline. Our signature course, Killer Images: Creating Digital Faces for Law Enforcement, is designed for users of the SketchCop® Facial Composite System, as well as those working with traditional methods enhanced by digital tools. Each course is structured to support students entering or advancing within the fields of law enforcement and forensic science. All instruction is led by world-renowned forensic facial imaging expert Michael W. Streed, bringing over four decades of real-world investigative experience into the classroom.
